Impact Presentations
Various project teams and network members will present their meaningful contributions to ACCESS-supported projects and initiatives showcasing the impacts that they are and will be making to the broader pediatric cancer research and care community.

These presentations reflect pan-Canadian research efforts across the network to advance research, improve care, strengthen systems, and center the voices of patients and families.

Each project team will deliver a presentation highlighting their project goals, progress, and impact, followed by time for questions and discussion. The Impact Presentations sessions are designed to foster knowledge sharing, dialogue, and learning across the ACCESS Network.

Participants are encouraged to actively engage during the discussion period, helping to strengthen connections, spark collaboration, and support shared learning across projects.

Networking Poster Sessions
The poster sessions will demonstrate the breadth of ACCESS-supported projects and initiatives that address complex challenges through coordinated, multi-faceted approaches. These sessions will allow the ACCESS network to see how the collaborative approach to science connects within the broader childhood cancer ecosystem and an opportunity to engage directly with the project teams behind it.

By showcasing the diverse ways ACCESS-supported projects are driving impact – from patient and family empowerment to research capacity, innovation, care and systems change – and by creating space for cross-project dialogues and new relationships, these sessions are designed to accelerate knowledge sharing, reduce silos, and spark collaborations.

Interactive Learning Sessions to Increase Impact
The interactive learning sessions are designed to offer the ACCESS network proven models, practical tools, and new approaches to strengthen how we expand pathways to innovative treatments and care options, share knowledge, and meaningfully engage diverse communities.

By combining real-world examples with active discussions, these sessions will help build confidence and move our ACCESS network from ideas and research findings to concrete actions that improve equitable access to research and care for children with cancer in Canada.

Keynote Panel – Pediatric Cancer Survivors’ Perspectives
This keynote panel centers the voices and perspectives of pediatric cancer survivors, offering lived experience insights on why continued work across the pediatric cancer community is so important. Speakers will share reflections on key areas of care and research, including innovative therapies, clinical trials, transition to adult care, survivorship, psychosocial support, navigation, and scientific advances.

Three Persons With Lived Experience speakers will reflect on the impact these areas have had on their lives and why continuing research across the pediatric cancer community matters. This session is designed to ground the meeting in lived experience and highlight the importance of continued collaboration across the pediatric cancer community.
