A three-day meeting focused on growing the ACCESS network, our collective work and impact, and our shared future.
Theme: ACCESS Impact that Ignites the Future
The ACCESS Annual Meeting is a unique gathering of researchers, healthcare providers, partner organisations, and Persons With Lived Experience (PWLE), all committed to advancing pediatric cancer experience, science, and survivorship.
This meeting is intended for individuals who are actively engaged in ACCESS projects and initiatives. It is designed to facilitate and support meaningful networking opportunities throughout the three-day program. These opportunities include a Welcome Networking Reception, small-group dinners, designated spaces for lunch and breaks, and additional interactive sessions aimed at fostering collaboration and connection.
Program Overview
Day 1 – March 9: Launch the Annual Meeting with an evening Welcome Networking Reception.
Day 2 – March 10: Showcase the impact of ACCESS-supported projects and initiatives with talks, poster presentations, and other learning opportunities.
Day 3 – March 11: Focus on our shared future and how the entire ACCESS network can be involved.
