En fait, les patients atteints de tumeurs qui peuvent \u00eatre cibl\u00e9es ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses remarquables au traitement cibl\u00e9 sur le plan mol\u00e9culaire. Des \u00e9tudes de recherche ant\u00e9rieures ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la faisabilit\u00e9 et ont fourni les donn\u00e9es fondamentales pour soutenir leur int\u00e9gration dans la pratique clinique\u00a0\u2013 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, principalement chez les patients atteints de cancers \u00ab\u00a0difficiles \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir\u00a0\u00bb.
